WHY?

Why do we do it? It's all about the exercise fix, better tasting food, a good nights sleep and leaving stuff behind:simplification. At a basic level hard work is what we're born to do.
They tell you to slow down as you get older.......pure BS, IT'S TIME TO PICK UP THE PACE...remember for every climb there is a down hill.
I ride a bike taxi in downtown Charleston, have done 4 cross country bike trips and run 20 marathons. It's about the endorphins man.
