Somtimes they come.
Sometimes they go.
And... sometimes, like old dogs and old soldiers, they just fade away.
They tell you to slow down as you get older.......pure BS, IT'S TIME TO PICK UP THE PACE...remember for every climb there is a down hill.

I ride a bike taxi in downtown Charleston, have done 4 cross country bike trips and run 20 marathons. It's about the endorphins man.
