Louisiana to Marthsville, MO....85 miles
Long day on the road. Hard to make good time with headwind, rain, heat etc. Pictured is one of the three B&Bs we used to spend the night.
They tell you to slow down as you get older.......pure BS, IT'S TIME TO PICK UP THE PACE...remember for every climb there is a down hill.
I ride a bike taxi in downtown Charleston, have done 4 cross country bike trips and run 20 marathons. It's about the endorphins man.
