Gasoline is CHEAP...

One gallon of gasoline, at $5.00/gallon, has enough energy to propel a 2,000 pound automobile 25 miles down the road. Total fuel cost: $5.00.
Pedicab Man would need the following fuel to do the same job:
1. Breakfast: Denny's grand slam breakfast, hot chocolate and a bowl of chili, $14.00 including tip. 2. Morning snacks: Three large Payday Candy bars, one coke and two cheese crackers, $9.00 no tip. 3. Lunch: Large fish sandwich, extra fries, coke and ice cream bar, $11.00. 4. Afternoon snack: Box of fig newtons, energy drink, apple, orange and banana, $8.50. 5. Dinner: Salmon, mash potatoes, salad, two martinis and desert, $32.00 including tip. 6. Evening snack: Large Payday candy bar and banana split, $6.00. 7. Miscellaneous: Six pack English Beer at pub with potato skins, $45.00 with tip--cute bartender. Total fuel cost: $119.50
Does not included night parking cost for Pedicab Man which runs about one hundred bucks a night.

I recently calculated that - in England - beer worked out to about $45 (US) a gallon.

It was great talking with you at the Blogger Meetup at Home Team.

As I stated in my blog, I really did expect to see your Pedicab parked out front!
