You can't carry on a conversation with-in 200 feet of the Charleston Monster Trolleys. They are big ass smelly buses which are under utilized; a few 15 passenger vans running around town would do a much better job at a fraction of the cost. I'm sick and tired of hearing them, smelling them and trying to stay out of their way. Sell them to China where they'll fit in nicely.
