A thousand words...
An old saw; a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, the picture at the right is a thousand word essay on the tourist business in Charleston today. Took this picture about 11:00 on a perfectly nice fall day when you would expect to see this sidewalk full. Everybody be hide-in from the bitch Hanna and she still be nine hundred miles away.

Just wondering if your pedicabs go out to Folly. I saw some signs for a pedicab business out there this summer, and I'm not sure if it is available. I might be in need of a ride and was wondering if you could help. I'm getting married on Folly this month and was thinking about having a pedicab pick us up from the reception and taking us to our place on the island. If this is something you can do, write back. R
